If you're a member in Skåne, simply sign up with your SFI email address and you'll get the Premium plan for free. Every 6 months, we'll send you an email to confirm that you're still studying SFI. Once you've finished SFI — congrats! You can simply change your email address in the settings and continue using the Premium version for the next few months.

Yes! Once paid plans launch, you can move freely between Free, Standard, and Premium at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. Your learning progress is always saved.
Your learning progress, flashcards, writing history, and study plans are always saved — regardless of your plan. If you downgrade, you keep everything you've created but some features may become limited.

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Standard and Premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Once paid plans launch, we'll accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other local payment methods through our secure payment processor.
No — your access doesn't stop the moment you finish or leave SFI. Your Premium licence stays active for three more months after leaving SFI, giving you time to keep studying at your own pace. After that, your account automatically converts to the Free plan — unless you choose to continue with a paid subscription.
